Shipping policy

At Clever Mini, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. Please review the following details regarding our shipping policies:

Processing Time for In-Stock Items

• Orders for items that are in stock at our U.S. facility are typically processed and shipped within one business day, provided that the order is received before 1:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed within two business days.

Overnight and Air Shipping

• Overnight and Air Shipping Options are only available for certain items, and will be selectable on checkout (if available).  Normal processing times as specified above still apply.  

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on a combination of the item's weight and value. For higher-value orders, we may apply additional insurance to ensure your products are protected in transit. All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Tracking and Communication

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives.  Tracking information may be delayed on factory direct orders.
