Shipping policy

At Clever Mini, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. Please review the following details regarding our shipping policies:

Processing Time for In-Stock Items

• We aim to ship orders within one business day, and orders received before noon Eastern Time may ship the same day. Please allow up to three business days for processing before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Overnight and Air Shipping

• Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping options are available within the contiguous United States when offered at checkout. These services refer to carrier transit time after your order ships and do not include processing time.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on a combination of the item's weight and value. For higher-value orders, we may apply additional insurance to ensure your products are protected in transit. All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Tracking and Communication

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives.  Tracking information may be delayed on factory direct orders.
