Clever Mini Washing Machine Limited Warranty
(United States Only)

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Clever Mariner LLC (“Company”) warrants to the original retail purchaser (“Purchaser”) that the Clever Mini Washing Machine (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth below.

This Limited Warranty applies only to Products:

  • Purchased new from Clever Mariner LLC or its authorized sellers; and
  • Installed indoors in a dry, protected location in accordance with the installation and operating instructions.

This Limited Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the Product for the remainder of the original one (1) year warranty period. To initiate a claim, the subsequent owner must provide the original proof of purchase, order number, or delivery documentation to verify the warranty start date. This warranty applies only within the United States.

2. First 30 Days – Repair or Replacement Coverage

If the Product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within thirty (30) days of delivery, the Company will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the Product; or
  • Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value.

Prior to authorizing repair or replacement, the Company may require troubleshooting steps, photographs, or video documentation to verify the claimed defect.

For replacements authorized within this 30-day period, the Company will cover reasonable outbound shipping costs for the replacement unit. The Company reserves the right to determine whether return of the original unit is required.

3. Day 31 Through Year One – Parts-Only Coverage

From day thirty-one (31) through one (1) year from the date of delivery, this Limited Warranty provides parts-only coverage.

If a component fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during this period, the Company will provide replacement parts at no charge.

Labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, service calls, travel expenses, and return shipping costs are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

Replacement parts may be new or refurbished, at the Company’s discretion.

4. Installation and Environmental Requirements

This Limited Warranty applies only to Products installed indoors in a dry, protected environment.

The Product is not designed for, and this Limited Warranty does not cover, damage resulting from:

  • Outdoor installation
  • Exposure to rain, washdown, or direct water spray
  • Installation in shower compartments or wet heads
  • Continuous high-humidity environments without proper ventilation
  • Direct saltwater spray exposure
  • Submersion or standing water exposure

Failure to install the Product in accordance with the installation instructions voids this Limited Warranty.

5. Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage
  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
  • Damage caused by freezing
  • Damage caused by corrosion
  • Damage caused by power surges, improper voltage, improper grounding, or use without recommended electrical protection
  • Damage caused by failure to follow installation or operating instructions
  • Normal wear items or consumable components
  • Products used in commercial, charter, rental fleet, or income-generating service unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Damage occurring during shipping that is not reported within five (10) days of delivery

6. Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, the Purchaser must:

  1. Contact Company support at support@clevermini.com
  2. Provide proof of purchase;
  3. Provide a description of the issue; and
  4. Provide photographs or video if requested.

The Company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a defect exists and whether repair, replacement, or parts fulfillment is appropriate.

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company’s sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or provision of replacement parts as described above.
  • The Company shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, property damage, or travel expenses.
  • The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.

8. Disclaimer of Other Warranties

Except as expressly stated in this Limited Warranty, the Company makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply.

9. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
